FedEx & USPS Shipping
-TSM is a FedEx Authorized Shipping Outlet providing both domestic and international shipping.
-All standard phone orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
-TSM does not ship on weekends. All orders placed after 4:30pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
-Free FedEx Ground shipping is available on all online orders over $100 (ground only).
-FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Express Saver are available for an additional cost.
-Shipping via the US Postal Service is available for online orders and phone orders upon request.
-US Postal Service Priority Mail and Express Mail International shipping options are available.
-All online international orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Express Mail International.
-International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
-The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred upon delivery of their order.
-If you are in doubt regarding fees, please check your local import policies before placing an order.
Item Returns
-If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please Contact Us first.
-You must contact us within 14 days of receiving any damaged items.
-Please print, complete, and send in the TSM Shipping Form along with any items being sent to us.
-This includes items being sent in for service, exchange, warranty, sale, or refund.
-If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us before sending the item back.
-TSM will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) and assist you in resolving the issue.
-Please write the RA# on the outside of the package being returned to us.
-Items will not be accepted without an RA#.
-TSM accepts new or unused items for refund, minus the original shipping charges.
-Return Shipping Labels are available upon request, at no charge, for all TV Module warranty returns.
-Return Shipping Labels can be sent to a valid email address only.
-Warranty returns with a Return Shipping Label must be dropped off at nearest local FedEx location for pickup.
-If a Return Shipping Label has not been issued by TSM, the customer must pay for return shipping charges.
-A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned for refund (excludes warranty items, service centers, dealers, and distributors).
-Most of the items purchased form our inventory will ship the same day. However, this is not a guarantee.
Some items might require being shipped the following day or within 24 hours of the order being processed.
