-All lamp ballasts are pulled from working sets. Lamp ballasts received DOA are covered under a 60 day warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your purchase or would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and assist you in resolving the issue. We will accept new or unused purchases for refund, minus the original shipping charge, and a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds can be used as credit on account. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of TSM receiving the returned item.
-Items will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
-Restocking fees do not apply to warranty returns.
-The average UPS Ground shipping charge for a lamp ballast is $8 to $10 when shipped within the United States. |
