-New, factory original Osram, Philips, Toshiba, and Ushio brand DLP/LCD Rear Projection TV and Front Projector lamps in stock. All lamps are covered under a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. If you are experiencing problems with your purchase or would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and assist you in resolving the issue. We will accept new or unused purchases for refund, minus the original shipping charge, and a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds can be used as credit on account. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of TSM receiving the returned item.

-The average UPS Ground shipping charge for a lamp is $8 to $10 when shipped within the United States.
