-All color wheels are new factory originals or new factory replacements. All color wheels are covered under a 90 day warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your purchase or would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and assist you in resolving the issue. We will accept new or unused purchases for refund, minus the original shipping charge, and a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds can be used as credit on account. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of TSM receiving the returned item.
-Items will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
-Restocking fees do not apply to warranty returns.
-Please print, complete, and send in our shipping form along with your color wheel when sending it in to be serviced.
-Normal turn around time for color wheels sent in to be serviced is 7 to 10 working days.
-The average UPS Ground shipping charge for a color wheel is $8 to $10 when shipped within the United States. |
