-All light engines have either been pulled from working sets or they are cores that have been rebuilt back to original working condition. All light engines are tested before leaving our facility and are covered under a 6 month warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your purchase or would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and assist you in resolving the issue. We will accept new or unused purchases for refund, minus the original shipping charge, and a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds can be used as credit on account. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of TSM receiving the returned item.
-Items will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
-Restocking fees do not apply to warranty returns.
-Please print, complete, and send in our shipping form along with your light engine when sending it in to be serviced.
-Normal turn around time for light engines sent in to be serviced is 7 to 10 working days.
-A $50 core credit is available for select light engines.
-Please include lamp, lamp housing, and lamp ballast when sending your light engine in to be serviced.
-The average UPS Ground shipping charge for a light engine is $13 to $17 when shipped within the United States. |
